Head Coach – Russell Dykes

The RPLTC coaching team is led by Russell Dykes, a fully licensed LTA senior club coach with over 20 years experience. A well respected coach in the county, Russell has worked successfully, internationally and at home, with all levels of play and specialises in coaching juniors and developing their skills along with a life long love of the game.

As well as running RPLTC’s extensive Junior and Senior coaching programme, Russell finds time to compete regularly and is a world ranked player on the +35 Veterans’ circuit and a member of the Veterans’ Surrey County Men’s team.

Coach – Jake Peake

Jake Peake

Jake has a passion for tennis which he shares with all his students and is experienced with beginners through to county players. Jake grew up in Spain before moving to the UK to hone his tennis and coaching skills in a variety of clubs helping to coordinate their coaching programmes. Jake has just returned from Australia having spent 2 years coaching in prestigious venues such as Kooyong where the Australian Open was formerly based and has gained a wealth of overseas knowledge. Jake is a fully licensed LTA level 3 club coach and is about to study towards his senior club coach award.




Coach – George Ellis

George Ellis

From a young age George Ellis has a passion for playing tennis and he has competed on the British Tour. Currently he enjoys competing in the Touch Tennis tour where he has attained a world ranking of 26! George is a fully licensed LTA level 3 club coach.






Russell, Ceara and George are assisted by a team of LTA qualified assistants and tennis leaders and continually undertake LTA courses in the latest training methods.

All RPLTC’s coaching team are DBS checked.
